The products ordered from the on-line store www.rfid.bg are delivered by courier to the address stated in the order.
The time for delivery of the order is from 2 to 20 days, depending on whether the ordered product(s) are available in stock at the time of receipt of the order.
The products are packaged according to their size, type and requested option of delivery.
Your order will be processed within 48 hours after its receipt. EXPECT A PHONE CALL FROM US!
The delivery charges by courier service depend on the weight of the ordered products and the distance they will travel.
Selected products are obtainable in our office as well. To avail yourselves from this option, you need to select “Payment in supplier's office” when writing up your order form. Our office is located at: Sofia, 25, Charles Darwin Street, office 2. We are open Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

2. Right to lodge a complaint
According to the Consumer Protection Act and the rules about trade, the user has the right to lodge a complaint where:
- User establishes missing articles
- The products have defects
- There is a discrepancy with the indicated size, working frequency, etc.
A complaint may be lodged within a term of 7 (seven) working days after purchase of the product.
Upon addressing a complaint in respect of goods, the consumer may claim reimbursement of the sum paid, replacement of the goods by other goods or a reduction of the price.
Payment of the ordered products may be performed in several ways:
- Cash at the time delivery (cash on delivery)
- By a bank transfer (according to a tax invoice issued beforehand)
- In person in the office of RFID Bulgaria.
